Atlantic Digital seeks the most talented new team members to supplement our growing team of technology professionals. This does not mean that you have to be skilled in all things tech before you come to us. Our Service Desk employs people who are relatively new to IT, but who have already had the opportunity to develop great customer service skills.
We run all of our candidates through a brief technology test to see where their skills lie, followed by an interview to clarify capabilities, team and culture fit. Reference checks are conducted as the last step to ensure that our new starters will be able to perform at the expected level (with a lot of support and encouragement from the team) and to evaluate if they are able to display the Atlantic Digital Values throughout their tenure:
